Virtual Consulting

A consultant is assigned to support specific consultations on using the software. Consultings are made via Internet Conference, Monday through Friday. The topics and schedules will be informed and / or previously published.

Technical Support

Support is done in four ways:

  • a) TICKET Support, the user by issuing a ticket from our website may ask for some support and / or consultation
  • b) Online support, when the user communicates via the Internet to report a problem or question in the operation of the system. It is provided from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday.
  • c) Remote support, when the user reports a problem we proceed to communicate remotely with the user's authorization. It is provided at 10:00 to 18:00 hours on Mondays to Fridays.
  • d) In house Support, when the alternatives a, b and c are not enough, a SOINFO technician will show up to your offices and solve the problem. It is provided from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, only on weekdays and after coordination.

Version Upgrade

It ensures that the software has the latest updates, such as legal, tax, improved functionality, among others. Updates are VIA INTERNET



It provides 12 months warranty from the date of delivery. The guarantee refers to manufacturing defects. Meaning by manufacturing defect:

  • 1. SICO software programs that do not record, modify or delete transactions properly.
  • 2. SICO software programs with math, financial or statistical errors.
  • 3. SICO software programs that have no consistency with the data entry.
  • 4. SICO software programs with problems to upload information or with an interrupted run.
